Own a vehicle valued at $25,000 or less
Have a good driving record OR are a new driver
What is CAARP?
CAARP is a State of California Auto Insurance Plan that was created to provide auto insurance coverage to "high-risk" drivers.
Insures drivers who cannot bind auto coverage in the voluntary market.
Insures drivers who have 1 or more Felony or Misdemeanor Violations (s) on their motor vehicle record.
Insures driver who have been dropped from their auto insurance company due to point(s) on their motor vehicle record.
